On the ground floor, a stylish, sociable kitchen sits at the centre of the house, complete with a dual-fuel Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your favourite pods) and two fridges across the kitchen and utility. A large dining table seats up to ten, making it ideal for lazy breakfasts and long, chatty dinners after a day on the water or the fairways. The adjoining living room offers comfortable seating, TV with Freesat and DVD player, plus a small table and chairs for games, books or a quiet drink. Patio doors open onto a fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor table and chairs and a Weber charcoal BBQ, giving you a sheltered space to dine and unwind outdoors.
