Individually designed and built around 20 years ago, Homeview is a standout detached villa in Elie, set within private gated gardens with open views to the sea at the front and the 18th hole of Elie Golf Course at the rear. It’s a dream base for families, friends and dedicated golfers: you’ve got a large driveway for up to four cars, a purpose-built staircase and gate giving direct access onto the course and clubhouse, and bright, generous living spaces inside for everyone to come together. With underfloor heating, Wi-Fi and space for up to two dogs (supplement applies), it’s made for easy, relaxed breaks on the Fife coast.
The ground floor is all about sociable open-plan living. A spacious reception hall leads into a fabulous lounge/dining/kitchen area that runs from front to back, with almost full-height patio doors opening onto both the lawned front garden and the private rear patio – perfect for drifting in and out on warm days. Hardwood floors run throughout, with blinds on each door and window, and the lounge area is furnished with large sofas (new for 2025), a big coffee table and Smart TV. The dining table seats up to ten for long, chatty meals, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (bring your favourite pods). Just off the kitchen, a separate utility room with extra units, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer leads straight to the rear garden. Kingsmuir is a lovely and spacious four-bedroom detached home that has recently undergone a complete refresh, including full redecoration, new carpeting throughout, and a newly refurnished lounge. The house offers generous, comfortable accommodation that is perfectly suited to families and larger groups.
