"Green Tiles" is a spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, modern kitchen and living room with 3 sofas and dining area with seating for 10. Extensive garden and ample parking. Located on a quiet street yet excellent location only 5 mins drive/15 mins walk to the centre of St Andrews.
Green Tiles layout is as follows:
Front garden with driveway capable of easily accommodating two cars, with free on street parking in front of the house for groups with more than two vehicles.
The front door leads to a vestibule and main hall, with the living room and dining area to your left and the kitchen in front of you. At the rear of the kitchen is a hallway leading to the utility area with a second larder size fridge, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. This leads out to the back garden and the garage containing a ping pong table.
Stairs leading up from the hall take you to the main landing leading to three of the bedrooms and main shower room.
A hallway leading off to your right from the main entrance hall will take you past the ground floor WC to stairs leading to the extension above the garage, containing another two bedrooms, a quiet sitting room, and second shower room.
The large garden is fenced off and gated however, we still recommend keep an eye on children as the garden is so large.
The beds in the bedrooms can be configured as follows:
Master Bedroom: 1 king size bed or 2 singles. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bedroom 3: 1 King size bed or 2 singles. Bedroom 4: 1 King size bed or 2 singles. Bedroom 5: 1 King size bed.
Please note: We ask guests notify us should they wish any of the King size beds made up as singles, at least 7 days prior to the start of their stay.
