Inviting 3 bedroom fully detached and recently refurbished house, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of St Andrews, which comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The house comes with a driveway for two cars, a spacious open plan living room/dining area and modern kitchen, brand new shower room and private rear garden. The master bedroom contains a double bed, with a further two bedrooms each with twin singles. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. Guests will have full access to the property. Smoking is not permitted within the property except in the garden area. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. Pets are allowed for a small fee.

Pipeland Pad is a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house, capable of sleeping 6, and located in a quiet street, only a short 5-10 minute walk from the centre of St Andrews. Replete with a private garden with decking, garden furniture, and BBQ, it is ideal for families visiting St Andrews, or golfers looking to relax after a day on the green. A small set of steps leads up to the front door. Within the house the layout is follows: Ground Floor: Living room, Kitchen, Sun room/Dining room & 3rd Bedroom with trundle bed which can be made as 2 x singles. Patio doors lead out from the sun room to a private back garden, replete with decking, garden furniture, and BBQ. Upstairs: Master bedroom & 2nd Bedroom, Bathroom. There is a driveway which guests may use to park one car. For groups with multiple vehicles, guests should have no problem finding space to parking their cars at the side of the road, where they may park for free.
