The location is a real highlight too, with shops, restaurants, pubs, water sports, tennis courts and the golf course all within easy walking distance, so you can leave the car and enjoy this unspoilt village at your own pace, while St Andrews is only around 20 minutes away, making it an excellent base for families and golf trips alike. The house has three bedrooms, including a king sized room, a double and a twin, with one bedroom benefiting from an en suite, alongside a family bathroom and an additional WC. A cosy snug and playroom is a brilliant bonus for rainy days, complete with TV and DVD player plus a selection of books, DVDs and games, and it also includes a double futon bed for occasional extra guests. It's perfectly located with partial sea views from the rear of the property. The Stables Loft comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Upon entering the property via a flight of stairs there is a double bedroom to your left, the room with bunkbeds is also on the left before entering the open plan kitchen/living & dining area. Main bedroom with double bed at the rear of the property along with the family bathroom. There is reserved parking for one car with ample spaces also available on the street outside the property.
