With private parking, wireless internet and easy access to Elie’s long sandy beach, you can step straight into beach days, coastal walks and water sports, then stroll back to your front door without fuss. The location is ideal too, with shops, restaurants, pubs, tennis courts and the golf course all within easy walking distance, so everything you need is close by, and St Andrews is only around 20 minutes away for day trips, sightseeing and famous fairways. Inside, the house is bright and sociable, with an open plan main living area that flows into a conservatory where you can relax and soak up the views whatever the weather. From here, a door leads out to a generous patio with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals, morning coffee in the sea air, or an evening wind down as the light changes over the water. The accommodation is well set up for families and larger groups, with four bedrooms made up of two king size doubles and two twin rooms, a master en suite, a family bathroom, plus an additional ground floor WC and a useful utility room that makes beachy days and longer stays feel easy.
