Tucked on Park Place opposite Elie Parish Church, and less than two minutes’ walk from both the High Street and the long sandy beach, Church View is a charming, stone-built four-bedroom terraced house spread over three levels – ideal for easy-going coastal escapes with family or friends. Outside the summer season, flexible three-night stays are available, giving you the option of a shorter break by the sea without compromising on comfort or space. Pet-friendly stays (supplement applies) and Wi-Fi throughout keep everyone happy, four-legged guests included.
The ground floor is set up beautifully for sociable, relaxed living and works well for guests with limited mobility. A family-sized dining kitchen with modern units, range-style gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer makes self-catering straightforward, with a kitchen table for casual meals and a door straight out to the enclosed rear courtyard. There’s also a separate front dining room with a large table and seating for up to ten – ideal for long dinners or celebratory gatherings – plus a twin bedroom and a freshly renovated cloakroom with WC and vanity basin (refurbished April 2023).
On the first floor, the sitting room is positioned to make the most of the views towards Elie Parish Church through its bay window. Two generous sofas, club chairs, a traditional fireplace and bookcase create a warm, inviting space to unwind after a day on the beach or exploring the East Neuk. To the rear, the enclosed courtyard is made for easy outdoor living, with furniture and a BBQ so you can gather up to eight guests for alfresco breakfasts, evening drinks or a relaxed family meal after a day on the coast.
