From the front rooms you can watch the tide, boats and ever-changing light, while to the rear you’ve got a private garden for lazy afternoons outside – plus off-street parking, a real bonus in this part of the village. Inside, there’s a surprising amount of space across two floors, making it a fantastic base for families, friends and golfers who want to be moments from the sand, the harbour and Elie’s links.
On the ground floor, a comfortable lounge with sofas and armchairs looks out towards both the sea and the garden, and is set up for easy downtime with a TV (Freeview and Netflix), DVD player, Nintendo Wii, CD player and Wi-Fi. A separate dining room with seating for eight also enjoys sea views, so relaxed meals come with a coastal backdrop. The luxury kitchen was completely redesigned and refitted in 2021, and now offers sleek, modern units and quality appliances including an induction hob, combination oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and Quooker hot water tap, with a separate utility room housing the washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer. A handy cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin completes this level.
Upstairs, four bedrooms mean plenty of flexibility for sharing groups. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, stunning sea views and its own en-suite shower room, while a further double bedroom also faces the water with a king-size bed and harbour outlook. To the rear, a twin bedroom with garden views and a single bedroom (with an additional fold-down chair bed available on request) provide welcoming spaces for children, friends or extended family. A family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and wash hand basin serves the remaining bedrooms, making mornings and post-beach washdowns straightforward.
