A welcoming reception hall leads into a bright lounge/dining room with triple-aspect windows that flood the space with natural light. French doors open straight out to a raised patio and the rear garden, giving you a lovely flow for alfresco breakfasts, evening drinks or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. The room is elegantly furnished with comfy sofas, a gas fire, Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of films and board games, plus a dining table for six. To the rear, a modern fitted kitchen with views over the garden and a separate utility room (with extra fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave) keep self-catering stays nice and simple, while a handy downstairs WC adds extra convenience.
Also on the ground floor you’ll find a stylish double bedroom positioned to the front – a great option for guests who prefer to avoid too many stairs or have limited mobility. Each room has been tastefully decorated in cosy colours, with quirky soft furnishings and decor throughout. Please note that the apartment is situated directly above the local Co-Op convenience store, there may be some noise when deliveries are being made to the store in the morning, this can be heard from the double bedroom on the first floor. Free Wifi in the property, plus access to Amazon Fire TV stick. The accommodation layouts are as follows:
Ground Floor – Bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe and storage space. Fully equipped kitchen with seating area and washing machine. Family bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.
