Set in a peaceful & rural location, Parkmill Cottage is located four miles outside St. Andrews & is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area.

Set on eight acres of land, our two bedroom Cottage is the perfect country escape.

Enter by a hallway which gives access to the living room and two bedrooms - one double and one twin.

The Living Room has a beautiful wood-burning stove. There is a TV and CD player and a handful of DVDs and CDs for you to use. The Living Room also accommodates a table which sits four guests. Door leads to The Kitchen.

Set on eight acres of private land, the cottage has all the character you'd expect from a traditional rural property – from its stone walls and wood-burning stove to the stable door leading out to your own garden space. This isn’t a modern apartment – it’s a simple, homely space with an old-school charm that invites you to curl up with a book, light the fire, and take in the sounds of nature.

Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove, TV, and a small collection of DVDs and CDs. A dining table seats four, and the adjoining kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short stay – including hob, oven, microwave, fridge and a washing machine.

There are two bedrooms – one double and one twin – both with wardrobe space. The toilet is separate from the bath/shower room, both located just off the kitchen.

Step outside and you'll find a small private garden for cottage guests, plus access to a large, wild, forested area to explore – ideal for morning strolls or letting little ones roam free.

Situated close-by to one of the world’s most iconic golf courses, Clubhouse Cottage provides a perfect blend of serenity and accessibility. The recent renovation has bestowed Clubhouse Cottage with a stunning makeover, and now it stands ready to welcome guests into its beautifully adorned interiors and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding rural landscapes.

This picturesque cottage is actually part of a twin dwelling (Caddie’s Cottage also sleeps 4x and is right next door), which can also be booked on our site. If you want to double up the relaxation you could always book both and have the most perfect Scottish getaway with family or friends.

The cottage features a comfortable lounge area with a three-seater sofa and a two-seater sofa, complemented by a dining table for four.

The accommodation includes a twin room and a king-size bedroom, along with a separate bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, making it an ideal holiday retreat.

For added convenience, there is an outdoor dog shower, perfect for refreshing your four-legged friends after long beach walks. The cottage also boasts a fully fenced garden.

But wait, there’s more! Larger groups may also wish to book Swilcan Lodge, Eden Lodge and the Caddie's Cottage, located beside the lodge, and each capable of sleeping 4 or 6. To enhance security during your stay, we have installed a Ring doorbell at the main door of the property. The doorbells include recording functionality, focused solely on monitoring the exterior of the property and will be on during your stay.

Getting Around:
There is a bus service that stops at the entrance to the farm road on the A91, this takes you into St Andrews. Please check the stagecoach app for bus timings. Please be aware that this is a busy road and take care when crossing.
