With 2 bedrooms capable of sleeping 4, a modern shower room, and open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, with patio doors leading out to the back garden which commands spectacular views over the Torrance and Kittocks Golf Course and out to the North Sea.

Set in a peaceful & rural location, Parkmill Cottage is located four miles outside St. Andrews & is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area.

Set on eight acres of land, our two bedroom Cottage is the perfect country escape.

Enter by a hallway which gives access to the living room and two bedrooms - one double and one twin.

The Living Room has a beautiful wood-burning stove. There is a TV and CD player and a handful of DVDs and CDs for you to use. The Living Room also accommodates a table which sits four guests. Door leads to The Kitchen.

Set on eight acres of private land, the cottage has all the character you'd expect from a traditional rural property – from its stone walls and wood-burning stove to the stable door leading out to your own garden space. This isn’t a modern apartment – it’s a simple, homely space with an old-school charm that invites you to curl up with a book, light the fire, and take in the sounds of nature.

Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove, TV, and a small collection of DVDs and CDs. A dining table seats four, and the adjoining kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short stay – including hob, oven, microwave, fridge and a washing machine.

There are two bedrooms – one double and one twin – both with wardrobe space. The toilet is separate from the bath/shower room, both located just off the kitchen.

Step outside and you'll find a small private garden for cottage guests, plus access to a large, wild, forested area to explore – ideal for morning strolls or letting little ones roam free.
