Set in a peaceful & rural location, The Granary is located four miles outside St Andrews & is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Set on eight acres of shared grounds, our two bedroom accommodation is the perfect country escape. As our guest you have full use of The Granary. There is free parking outside the property.
The Granary retains a wealth of exposed timbers and stonework throughout, and boasts its own garden, with patio area, alongside 8 acres of shared grounds.
One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with living room, large kitchen and bathroom. The property also comes with a garden area (separate from The Granary) and private parking.
Private entrance with three steps leading to dining room with mahogany floor and farmhouse-style kitchen area. The kitchen diner has a large dining table that sits four to six people in case you want to entertain. The kitchen is well kitted out with everything you need for your stay - hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
The Living Room has a beautiful wood-burning stove and rugs on slate floor. There is a TV and CD player and a handful of DVDs and CDs for you to use. With very good natural lighting and high ceilings, the living room feels spacious and airy.
The bedrooms - one double and one twin, each have built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms benefit from a sink in the room.
The bathroom has a walk in shower and separate bath.

East Cottage is 5 mins drive to St Andrews and boasts a wood burning stove-fired hot tub. The 2 bedroom cottage has a spacious living/kitchen area with bifold doors out to the large dog-friendly garden. One bathroom with doubled-ended bath and shower.
Comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. Free parking for 2 cars. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. 5/10 mins drive into St Andrews. Free Wifi in the property. The property has it's own entrance on the ground floor and ample on-street free parking directly outside. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - 1 superking bedroom with storage, 1 twin room that can be made up as a double or twins. Bathroom. Living area/kitchen has bifold doors out to the garden as well as a stable door out to the garden. The outhouse is in the garden and has a 3 seat electric Lazyboy sofa. The TV has Netflix and a PS4. **Please note if the weather is particularly harsh and has been raining constantly, this outhouse will be out of action as the water table creeps up to the floor level** Hot Tub - will be filled for your arrival however will not be heated. The hot tub will take around 2/3 hours to reach full temperature and does get very hot, so please be very careful. Robes, extra towels and logs will be provided. Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the cottage including the outhouse are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Smoking is not permitted within the property. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. Dogs are welcome however an additional dog charge will be applied. -
Location, Location, Location. Simply roll out of bed onto The Old Course - a mere 30 seconds walk from the front door of the cottage! Being a good 5 iron from the 18th green of the world famous Old Course and R&A Clubhouse, you will be able to truly immerse yourself in the Home of Golf! This cottage can sleep 4 comfortably across 2 bedrooms, the default bed configuration is 1 x king and 2 x singles, or your options are 2 x kings or 4 x singles beds upon request, there are 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen. Parking is available on The Scores, a 5 minute walk away.
