The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building, and is accessible through a small close, and up a small flight of stairs.
The main door opens into a small entrance and an open plan living room/kitchen, with doors leading off to the master bedroom with double bed, guest bedroom with bunk beds, and bathroom.1 review -
Deluxe penthouse apartment in one of St Andrews' prime buildings. The apartment is tastefully appointed throughout and comfortably sleeps 4 in one double bed and one double sofa bed (in lounge). Head up the one of a kind spiral staircase to a rooftop terrace replete with its own seating area and BBQ.
The apartment is situated at the top of the main stairwell, up two flights of stairs.
Upon entering the apartment, a hallway leads to the living room/kitchen at the front of the property, a shower room, and the bedroom at the rear of the building.
Town centre location, 10 mins walk to Old Course, 5 mins to the beach. Supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk.
