A perfect base to explore St Andrews and the surrounding areas from. The property is less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of town where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The accommodation is all situated on the ground floor. From the entrance hallway are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and 1 with a double. There is 1 bathroom with a shower enclosure. The living room has a sofa bed ( please advise if wish to use the sofa bed) and leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. A small patio area sits to the rear of the property.
