Bonny Bay is a characterful upper conversion within the former village bakery in Lower Largo, with its own main door entrance and lovely sea views from the upper front windows. Set just seconds from the long sandy beach, it’s a brilliant base for couples, friends or a small family who want to roll out of the door and straight onto the shore, with coastal walks, watersports and excellent golf courses all within easy reach. Wi-Fi is included and the apartment is pet friendly, so four-legged guests can enjoy the seaside too.

The bright lounge feels spacious and welcoming, with a corner bay and side windows, comfortable sofa and chairs, coordinated soft furnishings and a TV with Freeview. Next door, the separate dining room offers a generous table with six chairs and a matching sideboard – ideal for relaxed dinners or board games after a day on the sand.
The modern L-shaped kitchen is well equipped for simple self-catering, with electric hob, oven/grill, fridge, upright freezer and microwave. Sleeping up to four, Bonny Bay has a spacious master bedroom with original shutters, king-size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, drawer storage and a rocking chair, plus a bright twin bedroom with two single beds and drawer storage. A contemporary shower room with corner enclosure (one step up), vanity basin and WC completes the layout.
Guests can also enjoy a shared garden area, and there is on-street public parking nearby. From here you’re perfectly placed to explore Lower Largo’s beach, the Fife Coastal Path, nearby East Neuk villages and St Andrews just along the coast. -
Spacious ground floor apartment in enviable seafront location paces from the beach - depending on whether the tide is in or out you will feel you are almost on board a ship - and on your doorstep Lower Largo`s long sandy beach which is a little piece of heaven!! Local pubs and shops within walking distance. Wireless Internet is provided.
Central to the apartment is the large sitting room with wall to wall windows giving the best views you could wish for whatever the weather. There is a small sheltered patio area with seating for sun worshippers accessed via master bedroom or from the side of the apartment.
The owner welcomes young children and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request at no extra charge. A well behaved dog is welcome.
